What we keep, and why.

What we collect

If you send the contact form: your name, work email, company, company size and your message.

If you take the check: your six answers and the result. These are saved without your name. If you choose to receive the result by email, we also keep your email and company name, and we note that you agreed to be contacted.

Visits to the site are counted with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Why

To answer you, to prepare for a call if you book one, and to understand what businesses struggle with so we can build the right things. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Where it is kept

Form messages are delivered by Resend to our mailbox. Check answers are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Frankfurt, in the European Union. The site runs on Vercel, also from Frankfurt.

How long

Form messages and check answers with an email address: as long as we are in contact, and at most two years after the last exchange. Anonymous check answers: kept for our own statistics.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to teodora@gateto.ai and we will do it within a few days. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
