Gate to AI is Teodora and Andrei. We were the engineers inside the companies that bought automation, the people who trained their teams, and the ones who built the products. We started Gate to AI to do the same for businesses that do not have an IT department.
Ten years in software: developer first, then automation engineer inside large companies, then product manager for AI products and the first product manager of an AI platform. More than 100 trainings delivered.

Teodora spent seven years at UiPath, the automation software company that started in Romania, on every side of the table. She began as a developer, then spent years on the customer side as an engineer and trainer, embedded with companies like Google, Generali, Mayo Clinic and EY. In 2020 she was part of the team that built the first version of an automation for a Romanian state agency; it saved the agency hundreds of hours during the pandemic and was later rolled out nationally. She moved into product to manage UiPath’s core UI automation features, used by most of the Fortune 500, and its AI products: she shipped the chat experience in Autopilot for Developers (used by 20,000+ developers), co-led Healing Agent (88% of its recommendations accepted by users) and prototyped an early version of what later became UiPath Cartography. As the first product manager at EverWorker, an AI platform for business automation, she took it from $0 to $1.4M in yearly recurring revenue and from 2 to 16 customers running it on their own, in under a year. She has delivered more than 100 trainings, keynoted UiPath’s AI summit in Milan and DevCon Bengaluru, and was a speaker and panelist at UiPath Forward 2024.

Andrei spent six and a half years at UiPath, from engineer embedded with customers to Solutions Architect, then UiPath’s machine-learning team working on Autopilot and its first AI-agents team. He designed, managed and built the AI project for Intel that won UiPath’s AI10 award in 2024, its top global award for AI implementation; delivered AI solutions for Thermo Fisher and Nuvei; and built some of DRUID’s earliest chatbots. At EverWorker he single-handedly built the AI Builder, a coding assistant comparable to Claude Code, and the plugins behind the platform’s coded agents. He builds the whole thing: the software, the integrations and the AI on top.
